Harry, you showed us that there is so much more to central Australia other than Kings Canyon, Ayers Rock and the Olgas. As spectacular as these are, your “Tracks less Traversed” approach gave us a unique insight to this part of the country. Your knowledge and passion for the Outback is contagious, and it was a privilege to have you as our personal tour guide.

A very big Thankyou to Sandy for your organisation “behind the scene” including all prior correspondences for the tour and the food, which was outstanding.

We highly recommend Ossies Outback 4WD Tours and are looking forward to another “Tracks Less Traversed” experience at some time in the future!”

We have just returned to UK after spending six fantastic days in the company of Harry on his central Australian Journey to Kings Canyon and Ayers Rock followed by Simpson Desert Tour. Even for two “ageing Poms” Harry made the days enjoyable and filled with information from his vast knowledge of the history of the flora and fauna of the area and in particular the early Australian explorers.

Interspersed throughout each day was excellent food prepared by Sandy and served on a couple occasions accompanied by Billy tea made by Harry – something not to be forgotten but unfortunately the ingredients are not readily available in the centre of England!

Certainly the claim of “Tracks Less Traversed” is true, the peace and tranquillity of the desert surroundings cannot be fully described and need to be experienced. However the slogan is in need of an update to “Tracks Seldom Traversed” judging by some of the terrain we travelled”!!!

Who knows we may even be back for another dose of the same in the future and certainly the name of Ossies Outback Tours is now well known in Bedfordshire as a MUST DO on tours of Australia.

Good luck for the future and don’t change too much!!

Dear Harry and Sandy
Our trip to Central Australia was amazing. We could not wish for more. The itinerary was planned very well, always the best spot for taking pictures, always ahead of other tours. We were enjoying the tranqulity and remote areas driving in luxuriouz 4WD with Harry our own bushman. We could sit and relax why Harry was driving the car thru the land where in the majority of cases we were the only visitors. The small group (3 persons) enabled us to have the privilege of having Harry with his knowledge of flora and fauna only for ourself, no need to share or wait for his attention. He was always there for us and our questions (and my husband's (photographer) frequent stops:)). Harry gave the trip the touch of friendship, we felt as doing the trip with the family member. Excellent job Harryand Sandy, we recommend your tour to everyone who wants to have adventure, experience and well organized bushman and travel in small groups in out beaten tracks.

We planned the GHAN Train experience, Adelaide to Darwin, around the Ossies 5 Day Newhaven Trip. Sandra even did our Train bookings!

The Newhaven Trip was excellent! The OKA vehicle very comfortable, being outdoors and camping again most enjoyable, with the meals cooked on the open fire being first class. Harry and Sandra are both wonderful "Bush Cooks".

The semi desert beauty of Newhaven speaks for itself, which combined Harry's intimate historical knowledge of Newhaven,his own bush-craft, made our Tour with Ossies Outback, one we will always remember.
Thank you for a wonderful "Total" experience.
